· Copy of “NOTICE OF DEFAULT”

· Complete legal spelling of individuals on the “TITLE” and the “NOTE” (click here)

· Complete legal spelling of your Successor (who takes over the trust in the event of your demise) Must be 18 years of age or older:(click here)
